Robbi Simons, Ph.D.

Dr. Robbi Simons is a Clinical and Consulting psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical and Organizational Psychology.

Currently Dr. Simons works with Heidel and Associates while consulting part time with the Scripps Health Employee Assistance Program in San Diego and maintains a private individual and organizational consulting business in San Francisco Bay area and San Diego.

Dr. Simons has over 28 years of professional, teaching and research experience. She has taught workshops and classes at UC Berkeley and National University on The Psychology of Business and related courses in dealing with workplace challenges.

Along with her work in executive coaching, she develops and leads seminars on Leadership, Change and Transition, Work/Life Balance, and Empowerment in the Workplace.
