Bob Glasberg B.A., M Ed.

Bob consults with top level executives on career issues. His clients are leaders committed to achieving the highest level of professional, personal and financial rewards possible. Executives who engage him view his services in the same manner that professional athletes view their agents. Bob is charged with ensuring that Heidel and Associates clients obtain maximum success, recognition and growth in their fields.

Bob started his career with American Express. As SVP of Human Resources he had accountability for leadership development and career guidance to the corporation’s top level executives. In 1985 he continued to consult with corporate executives on leadership and career matters as Vice President & Managing Director with the world’s largest career management firms. In 2001 he formed the firm, Executive Coaching & Career Consulting.

Bob received his BA from the University of Miami and his M Ed. from Florida Atlantic University. He works with a number of corporations to provide on-going leadership development and to attract talent to serve at the board level.
